We have invested in Real Estate since 1998. We focus on properties in central Texas but open to other markets.
Our current focus is on purchasing, rehabbing, and renting or selling single family and small multi-family properties.

As General Contractors, we help investors and homeowners update or get their properties ready for sale.
We can do everything from foundation work to roofing along with painting, flooring and everything in between.
Property Management
With real estate investing comes property management. We manage our own properties and can help you manage yours.
We provide tenant screening, background checks, rental agreements, rent collection, and maintenance.
